My doggy soap dish is once again on TV!  In 2010, Andrex bought a doggy soap dish from me to use as a prop in their advert.  That advert aired from November 2010 to Spring 2011.

Now, the 2012 advert is out and they are once again using the bathroom shot with my dish in it.  You can view it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbzCGZ05vys, or you can just catch it on TV.

Keep your eyes peeled though, because it's only on for a split second and is partially hidden behind the bath tap.  The benefits of watching on You Tube are that you can re-watch it or freeze frame it to get a good look.

I'm hoping that next time they use it in an advert, they'll film a different shot so that you can see it better!

After I made the bunny and chicken dishes recently, someone suggested I should make a duck dish.  So I did and here he is.  It's strange how these animal soap dishes take on a character of their own.  As soon as I stuck his bill on, he looked like a really daft character!  I've already had a request from someone who wants one in white, so there'll soon be more daft ducks coming along to join this one.

This is the latest thing out of my kiln - a cute Easter Bunny!  It was time I branched out from just cats and dogs as soap and trinket dishes, so now I have this rabbit and also a couple of chickens, which are not yet quite ready.  Watch this space though, as they'll be here soon!

For Easter, I'm offering the chance to have any of my mugs or soap dishes gift wrapped in cellophane, complete with a chocolate Easter Egg, for just an extra £2.  Contact me on the Contact Form if you're interested in this option.

Tomorrow it will be the first anniversary of my moving to Lowestoft to live with my dad.  The time has just flown by, it feels as though it's just a couple of months!

Tomorrow is also the day we'll be having our new settees delivered.  We gave away our old 3 piece suite on Freecycle a couple of weeks ago and have been sitting on hard upright chairs ever since, so it will be lovely to be able to lollop about in comfort again.  They can't give us a time for the delivery, so we just have to wait in all day until they show up!

My new doggy dishes are proving quite popular.  I've had lots of nice comments from people who've seen it in my Facebook shop.  Looks like I'll have to start a production line for them!
